Sisters, Brothers and Friends,
Starting tomorrow, May 5, your PSAC-UTE bargaining team will meet with the Canada Revenue Agency’s team, along with a mediator appointed by the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB), with the aim of moving the negotiations forward.
Your bargaining team will approach mediation in good faith and remain ready to negotiate a fair agreement that reflects the priorities of our members on key issues, including securing protections around artificial intelligence, work-life balance, and remote work enshrined in the collective agreement, as well as fair wage increases.
To show your support for the bargaining team, we ask that you wear our red and black colours Wednesday, May 6, at your workplaces, whether in person or during virtual meetings.
This action is intended to send a clear message to the employer: that our members fully support their bargaining team!!!
