CONVENTION REGISTRATION
All participants to the upcoming Triennial Convention must register in order to be permitted access to the virtual Convention floor. This applies, without exception, to every delegate, observer, guest and staff member. The registration process is an integral and critical part of the management of a Convention.
If you are a delegate, you will be provided with an email in due course identifying your delegate number, your user ID and your password to enable you to participate in convention debate and vote on resolutions.
Registration for convention will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. EST. Immediately following registration, we will hold a trial session to familiarize participants with the process and to ensure that all systems are operating properly. All participants must register on this date during the time specified. Failure to register could result in the delayed commencement of the Convention, or in participants missing out on some of the proceedings.
Adherence to timeframes and guidelines by all participants will ensure a Convention that is well-run, orderly and productive.
