Agreement Between UTE and CRA
Pursuant to clause 34.05(b)(i) of the Collective Agreement between the Canada Revenue Agency and the Public Service Alliance of Canada, in light of the circumstances surrounding the current COVID-19 crisis, the parties agree to extend the period for employees to submit their annual leave requests for the summer period on or before June 30, 2020. Further, the parties agree that the employer will respond to such requests for annual leave within 15 working days after having received such requests.
Notwithstanding the above, an employee shall still maintain the right to request annual leave by the date and in such circumstances already prescribed in the collective agreement.
