Hello Sisters, Brothers and Friends,
The employer recently provided to the Union of Taxation Employees (UTE) National Office a revised notice for the hours of work in its Assessment, Benefits, and Services Branch (ABSB) Contact Centres for the period of April 2026 to March 2027, along with its Matrix, for consultation in keeping with our normal practice.
The employer has decided not to make changes to the Matrix, a decision to which the UTE will not object.
