SUBJECT: Convention Resolution Reports (including the costing and the proposed budget)
Enclosed is your copy of the final Resolution Reports for the National Triennial Convention including the resolutions’ costing and the proposed budget.
You are requested to bring this copy (including the costing and the budget) with you to Windsor as this will be the only copy produced. A bag will be provided (with the remaining documentation) at the Caesars Windsor Hotel at registration for Convention. The registration will take place Tuesday, July 15th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday, July 16th from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The registration will take place in the Jovis Boardroom located on the 3rd floor of the Augustus Tower.

IMPORTANT: If you are replaced with a named alternate, please ensure that the Resolution reports, costing and proposed budget are passed on to the new attendee and that your Local President contact Sister Labrie with the change.
