Re: MG Group Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Job Content and Classification Grievance Processing
As a result of consultation with headquarters representatives of the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA), the above Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been extended by mutual agreement for sixty (60) days. Thus, the twenty-five (25) working day period within which grievances may be presented on each individual work description will be extended to start on December 02, 2002 and end on January 08, 2003.
Please ensure that all members in you local occupying Management Group (MG) positions are informed of this decision.
If you or any of your members have any questions, please contact me at (807) 625-7009 or by email at macdonk@attglobal.net or Shane OBrien, Labour Relations Officer at the National Office phone number listed below.
