- National Union Management Consultation Meeting – Dec. 5, 2002

• The Executive Council meeting will be held December 3 – 5, 2002 in the Pinnacle Boardroom, upstairs, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street , Ottawa . The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 9:00 a.m. also in the Pinnacle Boardroom.
• The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Monday, December 2nd.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Wednesday, November 20th, 2002.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Monday, December 2nd and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 6th. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.

Also please be reminded that all UTE events are scent free.
