The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, December 3rd to Thursday, December 6th in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level of the Château Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held exceptionally Wednesday, December 5th at 1:30 p.m. in the MacDonald Boardroom.

The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Floor and will be available from Sunday, December 2nd.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org no later than Wednesday, November 14th.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 2nd and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 7th. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
