National Union Management Consultation Meeting – Dec. 6, 2007
The Executive Council meeting will be held from Monday, December 3 to Thursday, December 6th, in the Panorama Boardroom, Penthouse Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, December 6th at 1:30 p.m. in the same room.
The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Sunday, December 2nd.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than Wednesday, November 14th, 2007.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 2nd and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 7th. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
Also please be reminded that all UTE events are scent free.
