• The Executive Council meeting will be held from Monday, December 1st to   Thursday, December 4th, in the Pinnacle Boardroom, Penthouse Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday,   December 4th at 1:30 p.m. in the same room.

• The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Sunday,   November 30th.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, November 30th and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 5th.  If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
