Re: - Executive Council Meeting – December 4-7, 2006
       - National Union Management Consultation Meeting – Dec. 4, 2006

• The Executive Council meeting will be held from Monday, December 4 to Thursday, December 7th, in the Pinnacle Boardroom, Penthouse Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Monday, December 4th at 1:30 p.m. in the same room.

• The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Sunday, December 3rd.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Monday, November 20th, 2006.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 3rd and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 8th.  If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.

Also please be reminded that all UTE events are scent free.
