- Executive Council Meeting – Monday, Dec. 7 – Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009
- The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, December 7th to Thursday, December 10th in the Pinnacle Boardroom, Penthouse Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
- The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held Thursday, December 10th at 1:30 p.m. in the Pinnacle Boardroom.
- The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Sunday, December 6th.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Wednesday, November 18th.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 6th and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 11th. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
