Re:  The Official Languages Act - Language of Work vs Language of Service

Recently, as a result of local complaints and actions taken by the employer, I have had further discussions regarding the Official Languages Act with the PSAC and the UTE Technical Officer of Official Languages, Pierre Mulvihill.  As a result of these discussions and a review of documentation related to this matter, I am writing to advise you that UTE is currently reviewing its position and I am confirming that Bulletin 13-04, which is attached, is no longer applicable until further notice.
