Executive Council Meeting - June 10 - 13, 2003
National Union Management Consultation Meeting - June 12, 2003

• The Executive Council meeting will be held June 10 - 13, until noon in the Victoria Boardroom, Lower Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street , Ottawa . The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, June 12th at 1:30 a.m. also in the Victoria Boardroom.
• The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Monday, June 9th.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Wednesday, May 21st, 2003.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Monday, June 9th and all departures are scheduled for Friday, June 13th in the afternoon. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.

Also please be reminded that all UTE events are scent free.
