       National Union Management Consultation Meeting – December 5, 2013

• The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, December 2nd to Thursday, December 5th in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level of the Château Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held Thursday, December 5th at 1:30 p.m. in the MacDonald Boardroom.

• The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Floor and will be available from Sunday, December 1st.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org  no later than Wednesday, November 13th.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 1st and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 6th.  If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
