Executive Council Retreat – Thursday, Dec. 11 – Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014
- The Executive Council Meeting will be held Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, December 10 in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level of the Château Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
- The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Floor and will be available from Monday, December 8.
- The Executive Council Retreat will be held Thursday, December 11 at 1:30 p.m. in the Outaouais II Boardroom at the Chateau Montebello, Qc.
- The Hospitality Suite will be the Ontario Room and will be available from Thursday, December 11.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org no later than Wednesday, November 19th.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 7 and all departures are scheduled for Sunday, December 14. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
