Re:  Developmental Programs

Several developmental programs have been brought to our attention and we suspect that there are other similar types of programs in place throughout various CRA offices.

We seek your assistance in identifying if there are any developmental programs in existence in your office and in providing copies of these programs to the undersigned at the UTE National Office.  We request that you also obtain, from your local Human Resources representative, the number of employees participating by program.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be gratefully appreciated.  Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact any member of the Staffing Committee or the undersigned.
