Alternate Regional Vice-Presidents
Executive Council Meeting – Monday, June 15 – Thursday, June 18, 2009
- The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, June 15th to Thursday, June 18th in the Pinnacle Boardroom, Penthouse Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
- The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held Thursday, June 18th at 1:30 p.m. in the Pinnacle Boardroom.
- The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Sunday, June 14th.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Wednesday, May 27th.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 14th and all departures are scheduled for Friday, June 19th. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
