National Union Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting Thursday, December 11, 2025
The Executive Council meeting will be held from Monday December 8th to Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel, Sussex Salon (27th floor) at 100 Kent Street, Ottawa.
Room reservations will be made for you. Executive Council Officers are scheduled to arrive on Sunday, December 7th. Departures are scheduled for Friday, December 12th. For any special requirements with your reservation, please contact Sister Guylène Lepage by email at lepageg@ute-sei.org.
Please take note that the meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) with a lunch break from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Discussion of the agenda items for the National Union-Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting will be held on Thursday, December 11th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST in the Laurier room (lower level) at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel.
The Hospitality Suite will be in the MacKenzie Salon (27th floor) and will be available as of 5:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, December 7th.

An advance will be deposited in your bank account and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
