The Executive Council meeting will be held in person from Monday, December 6 to Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at the Delta Hotel, Ballroom C at 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. Room reservations will be made for you. For any special requirements with your reservation, please contact Sister Carmen Menard by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please take note that the meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) with a lunch break from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm.
Discussion of the agenda items for the National Union-Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting will be held on Thursday, December 9 from 9:00 am to 11:45 am EST and the meeting will be held from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm EST.
In the event that we are not able to meet in person, the Executive Council meeting will be held virtually from Monday, December 6 to Thursday, December 9 from 11 am to 4 pm EST and a link will be sent in due time. There will be a lunch break from 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm and a health break from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm. The NUMCC agenda item discussion will take place on the Friday, December 10 from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm and the meeting will be held from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

If the Executive Council meeting is held in person, an advance will be deposited in your account and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
