The Executive Council Meeting will be held Monday, December 5 to Thursday, December 8 in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level of the Château Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
The Hospitality Suite will be the Renaissance on the Mezzanine Floor and will be available from Monday, December 5.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Sister Pierrette Labrie by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, November 14.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, December 4 and all departures are scheduled for Friday, December 9. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Sister Pierrette as soon as possible.
An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
