SUBJECT:   Convention Resolution Reports (including the costing and the budget)

Enclosed is your copy of the final Resolution Reports for the National Triennial Convention including the resolutions’ costing and the proposed budget.

You are requested to bring this copy (including the costing and the budget) with you to Montréal as this will be the only copy produced.  A bag will be provided (with the remaining documentation) at the Hyatt Regency Montréal at registration for Convention.  The registration will take place Tuesday, July 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, July 13th from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.  The registration location within the Hyatt will be advised at a later date.
