RE: UTE Convention Committees – April 2005

Just as a point of information, the meeting of the four Convention Committees will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on April 22, 23 and 24 (until 12:00 hours) 2005. Delegates, except Executive Council members, are expected to arrive on Thursday, April 21 and depart after 12:00 hours on Sunday, April 24. Executive Council members are expected to arrive on Wednesday, April 20 and must complete their committee report before leaving Ottawa on Monday, April 25, 2005.

Executive Council will meet on Thursday morning in the Richelieu room where translation will be available all day if required. The other rooms will also be available all day for possible meetings but no translation will be provided.
