       - National Union Management Consultation Meeting – June 9, 2011

• The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, June 6th to Thursday, June 9th in the MacDonald Boardroom, Mezzanine Level, at the Chateau Laurier Hotel, 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa.  The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held this time on Thursday, June 9th at 1:30 p.m. in the same Boardroom.

• The Hospitality Suite will be the Tudor room on the 1st floor and will be available from Sunday, June 5th.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette by e-mail at Labriep@ute-sei.org to the National Office by no later than Monday, May 16.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 5th and all departures are scheduled for Friday, June 10th.  If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
