RE: 2005 Convention Schedule
Recently the National Office staff and I have been receiving many telephone calls regarding details of the up coming 2005 Convention to be held in Saint John, New Brunswick July 13th to 16th. Thus this bulletin has been prepared to help answer some of the questions. The following is a summary of some of the important dates and events:
| Sunday July 10th: | Council is scheduled to arrive |
| Monday July 11th: | Council “Last Supper” |
| Tuesday July 12th: | Council meeting in the AM Delegates and observers are scheduled to arrive Registration from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. National President’s Wine and Cheese in the evening |
| Wed. July 13th: | Convention opens Fun Night organized by the Host Committee |
| Thursday July 14th: | Banquet and Dance |
| Saturday July 16th: | Elections and close of Convention |
| Sunday July 17th : | All delegates and observers are scheduled to go home |
It is expected that the travel advances will be sent to the locals around the end of May the beginning of June.
