The Executive Council meeting will be held from Monday, June 12 to Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the Delta Hotel, Panorama room at 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. Room reservations will be made for you. Executive Council Officers are scheduled to arrive on Sunday, June 11th. Departures are scheduled for Friday, June 16th. For any special requirements with your reservation, please contact Sister Guylène Lepage by email at lepageg@ute-sei.org.
Please take note that the meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) with a lunch break from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Discussion of the agenda items for the National Union-Management Consultation Committee (NUMCC) meeting will be held on Thursday, June 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. EST. The meeting will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST at Place du Portage, Phase IV, level (0) in the Outaouais room. The building is located at 140 Promenade du Portage, Phase IV, Gatineau (Hull Sector), Quebec.
The Hospitality Suite will be in the Pinnacle Room on the Penthouse Level and will be available as of 5:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, June 11th.
