The Executive Council meeting will be held Monday, June 10 to Thursday, June 13 in the Panorama Room, Penthouse Level, at the Delta Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.

The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, June 13 at 1:30 p.m. at the John G. Diefenbaker building, 111 Sussex Drive in the Confederation Room.

The Hospitality Suite will be in the Pinnacle Room on the Penthouse Level and will be available starting Sunday, June 9.
Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Sylvie Bastien by e-mail at basties@ute-sei.org to the National Office by no later than, Monday, May 27.
Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 9 and all departures are scheduled for Friday, June 14. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Sylvie Bastien as soon as possible.
An advance will be deposited in your account and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.
