The referred meetings will be held at the Fairmont Château Laurier located at 1 Rideau Street, Ottawa as follows:

Arrive March 19
Meet March 20 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MacDonald Room - Mezzanine
Meet March 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. "
Meet March 25 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon Ballroom, Ground Floor Level
Depart March 25 after 12 noonCouncil Members, please send your reports, motions, agenda items, and supporting documentation by no later than Friday, February 24th to Pierrette Labrie at Labriep@ute-sei.org.

Local Presidents, please send your agenda items, *motions and supporting documentation by no later than Friday, March 2nd to Pierrette Labrie.A summary of your items is required. It will be transcribed in the minutes as written.
Hotel reservations for all delegates have been made at the Fairmont Château Laurier. For any changes with your reservations, please contact Sister Labrie at (613) 235-6704 or labriep@ute-sei.org.
**OBSERVERS
Locals who wish to bring observer(s) to the Presidents’ Conference are required to **email the name(s) directly to Sister Labrie by Wednesday, February 15th. Hotel reservation requests received after this date will be subject to space availability.
Please indicate smoking or non-smoking
An advance cheque will be mailed to you on a separate cover. All other monies owed will be paid at the conference if an expense claim is submitted prior to 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 23rd. For claims received after that deadline, a cheque will follow in the mail.
You are reminded that the Presidents’ Conference ends at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. All delegates are required to stay until the official adjournment. Any early departures that are not approved by the President or Vice-President responsible for finance may result in the loss of per diem.
Also please be reminded that all UTE events are scent free.
