Eddy was elected as the alternate Regional Vice-President for the Montréal region at the July 2017 UTE Convention and became Regional Vice-President in September 2017. Eddy was re-elected RVP in July 2021.  He is responsible for the Montréal local, the Sherbrooke local, the Rouyn-Noranda local, the Laval local, the Montérégie South Shore local and the Outaouais local.

Union Involvement

Eddy became involved in the union in 2011 in the Montreal local, first as Director and then as Vice-President of the Montreal Local until 2017. He was also a local trainer for UMA (Union/Management Approach), conflict resolution and harassment workshops.

Eddy is Chair of the Call Centre Committee and Co-chair of the Equal Opportunities Committee.
