Julie Harvey was awarded a $1,000 Regional Scholarship

Julie Harvey won the Quebec Regional scholarship.  The André Michaud, president for the Quebec Local 10006, presented her with the cheque and certificate. Julie's mother Lucie Thériault Harvey, a member of the local, was on hand for the presentation.
