Executive CouncilWho we are | Where we're found | How we're structured | What we do | A final word The Executive Council comprises the National President, the First and Second National Vice-Presidents (NVPs) and the 10 Regional Vice-Presidents (RVPs). The Executive Council meets at least four times annually to discuss any issues that arise between Triennial Conventions.
