Presentation of a UTE Scholarship

This photo was taken September 29th 2006 when the President of Local 10006, Jocelyne Roy presented the Regional UTE Scholarship to Stéphanie Lapointe. Stéphanie received a certificate and a cheque in the amount of $1000. Her father, Marcel Lapointe, a UTE member, was also at the presentation.
