REPORT OF THE WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE
June 2008

Nick Stein Item 11(h)

The Committee has not met since the last Executive Council meeting.

The Committee Chair is receiving responses from regions in regards to members in affected status and will report once all regions have responded.

As of the writing of this report, the Committee has not heard back from the employer in regards to the delegation of authority issue. However, we have been advised that this matter is now before the Agency Management Committee.
