| The committee reviewed the changes that we would be
requesting at the National WFA Joint Committee meeting. |

| Brother Mulvihill updated the Committee that he had
requested that the PSAC refer the policy grievance to the Public Service
Labour Relations Board (PSLRB). |

| Meeting with CEUDA |
|
| The committee met with National President, Ron Moran
and Technical Officer Laurel Randel, the CEUDA representatives on the
joint committee. We discussed our approach to the inaugural meeting
of the National WFA Joint Committee. As well we discussed what changes
to the terms of reference we would be requesting. It was clear we would
be presenting a common front. |

| The Committee attended the inaugural meeting of the
National WFA Joint Committee. The minutes of this meeting will be prepared
by the employer and reviewed by the committee prior to distribution. |

| Debriefing following the National WFA Joint Committee
meeting |

The Committee met with the CEUDA representatives to
review the deliberations of the National WFA Joint Committee Meeting
and to discuss what we should be paying attention to in the near future.
As well the committee, in consultation with the CEUDA representatives, prepared
a new draft of the terms of reference, taking into account the Employer’s
comments and concerns and these were sent to the Employer for their review. |
