REPORT OF THE WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE
MARCH 2004

Nick Stein Item 11(h)

The Committee has not met since my last report.

The chair and technical officer have had many, many meetings and calls since the Martin government started their restructuring process on December 12, 2003.

The chair anticipates calling a meeting in the near future. This meeting will deal with the changes as a result of restructuring and recent cases brought before the PSSRB.

The chair was invited to and attended a regional conference in the Pacific Region from March 5-7/04. The chair spoke on WFA and would like to thank the RVP from the Pacific and the locals for the opportunity to attend this conference.
