Nick Stein Item 11(h)

The committee has not met since my last report.

In my last two reports I stated that a meeting was held with the PSAC (in February/03) about possible further actions stemming from the employer’s abuse of the collective agreement. As of the writing of this report the PSAC has not taken action on this matter.
