REPORT OF THE WORKFORCE ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE

Nick Stein Item 11(h)

The committee has not met since my last report.

In my last report I stated that a meeting was held with the PSAC about possible further actions stemming from the employer’s abuse of the collective agreement. As of the writing of this report I have heard nothing from the PSAC on this matter and I am in the process of following this up.

It should be noted that as a result of the UTE/CEUDA jurisdictional dispute many of our members most affected by WFA will be transferred to CEUDA.
