REPORT OF THE STAFFING COMMITTEE
SEPTEMBER 2003

The Committee has not met since our last report.

In June the Staffing Committee issued Bulletin # 12/03 requesting the Locals to submit instances of staffing abuses within their offices. To-date only 5 locals have submitted concerns; Winnipeg T.C., Head Office, Halifax, Victoria & Saint John. Upon receipt of sufficient information, the committee will schedule a meeting with the employer.
