The committee met at Ottawa to prepare for a meeting with the employer and work on the EAP National Conference:  

1. PREPARATION- NATIONAL EAP ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING

The committee reviewed the minutes of the previous EAP Advisory Committee and prepared for the meeting with the employer.  The following items were discussed:  2009-2010 EAP Statistics Semi-Annual Overview; EAP Consultations Report; Audit of EAP Contracts; EAP Promotional Strategy’s Guiding Principles; Guidelines to Enhance Confidentiality when Using EAP Statistics; Client Satisfaction Questionnaires on EAP Advisory Services; Complaint Process; National EAP Newsletter; LAC Standards and EAP Policy Terms of Reference; and best practices.

2. EAP NATIONAL CONFERENCE - NOVEMBER 19-21, 2010

The Committee finalized the Agenda for the National Conference.
