(a) assume the duties of the Regional
Vice-Presidents in their temporary absence or incapacity;
(b) assist or replace Regional Vice-Presidents
on request;
(c) serves on committees when appointed;
(d) performs such services within
the region as the Executive Council may direct;
(e) may attend an Executive Council Meeting held at the same time as a President’s Conference once each year, from July to July, in the course of his or her mandate beginning in July of convention year to July of the following convention, for a maximum of three meetings;
(f) submits to the National
Office at least two (2) weeks prior to the Executive Council meeting a
written report of their activities, expenses incurred and other pertinent
information according to a standard format; and
(g) performs other related duties
as required.
