By-Law 16
AMENDMENTS
Section 1
These By‑Laws may be amended at any Convention by a two-thirds (2/3)
majority of the votes cast, or by a simple majority if sixty (60) days'
notice of such change has been given to each Local.
Section 2
These By‑Laws may be amended between Conventions by approval of
a two-thirds (2/3) majority of those voting in a membership referendum
ordered by a two-third's (2/3) majority of the Executive Council. Thirty
(30) days' notice of such amendment shall be given to each Local.
