AMENDMENTS

Section 1

These By‑Laws may be amended at any Convention by a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the votes cast. 

Section 2

These By‑Laws may be amended between Conventions by approval of a two-thirds (2/3) majority of those voting in a membership referendum ordered by a two-third's (2/3) majority of the Executive Council.  Thirty (30) days' notice of such amendment shall be given to each Local.
