AUDIT

Section 1

The Executive Council shall appoint a firm of public accountants who shall audit UTE's accounts, and report thereon to the Executive Council and certify the financial statements issued by the Vice-President responsible for Finance. 

Section 2

Upon receipt of the auditor's report a copy of the report and the statements shall be sent to all Locals.
