Jean-Pierre Fraser Regional Vice-President Québec

Jean-Pierre was elected RVP for the Québec Region at the 2008 UTE Triennial Convention.. He is responsible for the Québec Local, the Shawinigan-sud Local, the Trois-Rivières Local, the Chicoutimi Local and the Jonquière Local.

Union Involvement

He was a member of the permanent UTE Bargaining Committee from 2004 to 2008 and was a member of the national UTE/PSAC bargaining team during the signing of the last collective agreement with CRA in 2007. Jean-Pierre represented UTE at the PSAC Convention in 2005 and 2008. He was also co-chair of the General Resolutions committee during the last PSAC Quebec triennial convention held in 2008.

Committees

Jean-Pierre is a member of the Workforce Adjustment Committee and the Harassment Committee.
