Re: Convention Committees – May 9 to 11, 2008
Just as a point of information, the meeting of the four Convention Committees will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on May 9, 10 and 11 (until 12:00 hours) 2008. Delegates, except Executive Council members, are expected to arrive on Thursday, May 8 and depart after 12:00 hours on Sunday, May 11. Executive Council members are expected to arrive on Wednesday, May 7 and must complete their committee report before leaving Ottawa on Monday, May 12, 2008.
Executive Council will meet on Thursday morning in the Pinnacle room where translation will be available all day if required. The other rooms will also be available all day for possible meetings but no translation will be provided.
