Re: - Executive Council Meeting – June 6 – 9, 2005
      - National Union Management Consultation Meeting – June 9, 2005

• The Executive Council meeting will be held June 6 - 9, in the Pinnacle Boardroom, Penthouse Level, of the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 101 Lyon Street, Ottawa. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m.
  
• The National Union Management Consultation meeting will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 1:30 p.m. in the Gatineau room of the Government Conference Center at 2 Rideau Street.
  
• The Hospitality Suite will be in rooms 2501-2503 and will be available from Sunday, June 5th.

Please send your reports, agenda items and supporting documentation to Pierrette preferably by e-mail at labriep@ute-sei.org or by fax to the National Office by no later than Monday, May 23, 2005.

Reservations have been made for the arrival of Executive Council members on Sunday, June 5th and all departures are scheduled for Friday, June 10th. If you wish to change your reservations, please call or e-mail Pierrette as soon as possible.

An advance will be mailed to you shortly and the balance will be paid upon receipt of an expense claim.

Also please be reminded that all UTE events are scent free.
