Re: 2002 Convention Schedule

Recently the National Office staff and I have been receiving many telephone calls regarding details of the up coming 2002 Convention to be held in London , July 17th to 20th. Thus this bulletin has been prepared to help answer some of the questions. The following is a summary of some of the important dates and events:

Sunday July 14th: Council is scheduled to arrive
Monday July 15th: Council “Last Supper”
Tuesday July 16th: Council meeting in the AM
Delegates and observers are scheduled to arrive
Registration all day (instead of half day as stated previously in the Convention Call)
National President’s Wine and Cheese in the evening
Wed. July 17th: Convention opens
Fun Night organized by the Host Committee
Thursday July 18th: Banquet and Dance
Saturday July 20th: Elections and close of Convention
Sunday July 21st: All delegates and observers are scheduled to go home

It is expected that the travel advances will be sent to the locals around the end of May the beginning of June.
